They have said keep the products and we'll keep the £100.00 !

they just say I didn't return the products within 14 days, so they ASSUME I tried the goods. I have requested 4 times now to return the products and for a full refund . They won't budge

In a fit of madness I took on a 14 day trial of Slimtone and ketone on 4 Dcemeber. With Christmas etc the parcel that was delivered was placed underneath the Christmas tree unknown to me. I opened it on December 25th, and as soon as I could I contacted Slimtone in order to return the unused products. They refuse to take them back, and Have charged me in excess of £100.00 for unwanted, unopened, and untouched goods. What do I do?
