  1. Include the details of the debt from your credit file or print a copy. They will investigate it and write to you.
  2. Write to Barclays Bank with a complaint letter explaining the problem and tell them that your credit file has not been updated. They normally pass the letter to the correct department and they will investigate it and write to you. Ask them to update your credit file as disputed until they complete their investigation. Hope this helps!
  3. I would write a formal complaint to natwest asking all the questions and explain your side at the same time. I would also contact all the credit reference agencies and inform them you have noticed that you maybe a victim of fraud with regards to Natwest Bank. Tell the credit reference agencies to dispute the natwest file and ask them to request all proof relating to the debt. Do everything in writing so you have a paper record.
