  9. Hi there, So I'm just waiting to hear back from the court with regards to a date for the hearing, but I've been charged another £150 by Lloyds since I started my claim! Does anyone know whether you can add these charges on when I submit a court bundle? Or does the case need to be ammended? Also how long does it usually take before the court gets in contact after the AQ's are in because mine and the Lloyds soliciters AQ's were all in before xmas. Thank you for any advice..! rob
  10. ha ha cheers bong, still waiting to hear. it should be soon though, all aq's were in before xmas. Ill post it up when I know. Just been getting nervous because I haven't had any contact with b/card soliciters yet.
  11. absolutely, I know what i'm doing, just needed more detailed advice about the litigation side of things, tactics with solicitors etc. Your comment was extremely helpful thankyou
  12. hello there, I was under the impresion that "statements" means that you include a statement of the arguments from the claimant and the defendant. Is this wrong? Is it really as simple as just printing the bank statements that show the charges? rob.
  13. Hello there, I am just prepering my court bundle for my b'card court case and could do with some advice. So far I've not heard directly from b'cards solicitors at all, would it help my case if I were to write to them with another schedule of charges and to offer them a chance to settle out of court? Also, I have copied all of the relevent documents and correspondence etc, but does "statements" mean bank statements or is it a statement of the arguements like bong has posted in her thread? I think it's time i work this website out! I'll be keeping this thread going from now on so that the steps of another succesful case are posted in this forum.!
  14. ok, thank you. Thats helped a lot actually I never looked in my cp before!
  15. oh ok, so how do I send a PM? I don't know why but I've never really worked out how to use this website properly. Everytime I make a post I'm starting a new thread, Surely thats not right is it?
  16. I need to post details of my cases in the litigation section but it doesn't let me post a thread. Does anyone know why?
  17. Hello, I'm well under way now, just sent off my AQ's for Lloyds and Barclaycard, now waitinjg for court dates. I've never been much good at using this site though! Does anyone know how I put in my claim numbers and details so that it all shows up when I post threads?
  18. hello bong, can i just ask, the letter that you sent to BC'S solicitors in reply to their defence with the schedule of charges enclosed, is that the schedule which was refered to in the "particulars of claim" where it says another copy will be sent? I have filed my claim online on 27/10/06 (after accepting a partial settlement of £104) but wasn't sure whether to send an updated schedule or wait for BC's defence first. best of luck, I'll watch your progress as I'm just a few weeks behind you! rob
  19. yeah it was Barclaycard, 1234 Pavillion Drive, Northampton, NN4 7SG. The claim has been acknowledged by the disputes team in London but that is definatly the main Barclaycard address. rob
  20. Hey there, I have filed my court claim against Barclaycard, which they acknoledged 2 days later, worrying quick I feel! anyway the particulars of the claim states that another copy of the schedule will be sent, where as at the end of the prelim letter it says that there will be no further communication from myself at the deadline of the LBA. So do I send another copy to them or not?? any advice is always greatly appreciated rob
  21. Hi there, I've done my spreadsheet for Lloyds no worries, but I'm now wondering whether I should include charges I have paid for "unpaid Personal Loan". Will this complicate my case as the loan is a separate matter to this account. (It is a Lloyds TSB loan and the payments came directly from this account along with any charges relating to the Loan) anyone??
  22. can anybody help? its not a biggy but I foolishly sent my sar to lloyds by normal post and not recorded delivery! this was three weeks ago, i've heard nothing and wondering whether its been ignored because they could claim it was never recieved. shall i just send another one or maybe a chaser letter (recorded this time) saying that the forty days are still running? any advice would be very much appreciated I've sent sar's and recieved data from barclaycard and cap1 during this time period.. cheers, rob
