Hi guys just a few questions. I have now paid off her months loan plus one month interest, what should I do know, I want to report them for harassment and bullying as I had to change her number because of texts and phonecalls saying they will turn up at her house and take 9 times worth of the loan. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Ye I havnt spoke to them on the phone as I won't have proof of the phone call

Ye they said it was passed onto them. At that time £130 was paid to speed credit. An the amount was 500 when passed to them

Taken out in June. Only now has asked for my help. Couldn't tell you the rate or charges as they have passed the debt on from speed credit. And I have only today been told as she is getting worried. I can't understand how 400 can turn into 2300

My gf took a payday loan out with speed credit which to my knowledge don't exist anymore as their website hasn't worked for weeks. The debt has been sent to ndr who have put this loan from 400 which 130 has been paid back to 2300. Where does she stand in paying this, as she can't afford to pay anything near this. They have also threatened sending make believe bailiffs to the house. Any help and advise would be more than appreciated.
