Hello,the first please forgive me about my English i buy Acer laptop two years ago from BH. Couple of days before i pay for them in full my laptop get some problems with internal fan i decide to give them for repair. That was in this same day when i pay for them fully.. .And here is the problem, that was almost 9 weeks ago (should be between 4 and 6 weeks-that information give to me sale manager )and now im tottaly confuse. Every week i hear same story from BH team: "-it`s not our full. Repair center is in Manchester and laptop still is in repair..." Is there anyone who cann advice me about? What i supposed to do?
