this is what the letter states the hearing of defendant,s application for stay of execution will take place on xxxxx 3.30pm. as for 1st ? don,t know. thats all i got

update heard from the court , they have just giving me a date for a stay of execution hearing in march

i,am getting confused now one said i can another one say no. what i intend to do is to find out what was the reason the release my car.then take it from there

sorry i,ve had no details about the car being release and reason why.just got a email from SF with a release note to collect my car within 3 days thats it no explaintion / so i can,t give you any details .cause i ain,t got none. as stated not heard anythink from the court. and yes did put car tools of trade the woman at the court said i should also put SF should return my car.

hi all just to say thanlk you for all the help & advice. i,ve just recieved a release notice to collect my car from auctioneer. don,t know how i went to ccourt with n2244 and heard nothing .sent a email to sf and told them about i went to court.and my car was tools of trade . this morning recieved a email from sf with a release notice .yeeeeeeeeeeep off to pick up my car now thaanx again

rang the court today and they said the will email me details .said they was very busy. i,am getting worried now beecause sf cuuld of sold my car . by now also can tax returns prove tools of trade as i claim back quite alot for motor expenses

don,t know said the will email me today but never did, she said it would go before the judge today. so i am still waiting

well off to the court now .it may be to late but will try anyway. thanks for everyones advice will update later/
