  1. Should I do this before or after sending my initial contact letter? What if I was likely to do it again, what happens then? (I have no intention to)
  2. I havent told them yet but how may I do this? What would happen
  3. I bought an adult ticket from edge hill instead of st helens central. I'm now 17 and since then have bought a rail pass. All I'm looking for is an alternative to court or a hefty fine
  4. It was a genuine mistake at the time I was 16 so would this have any affect? I don't have a job or any money. I've saw on some cases that people have sent a letter of apology offering to pay the remainder of the fair and any admin costs, could that work on this case?
  5. In august after receiving my a level results a took the train from st helens to liverpool without paying when i got off the train i hen went to buy a ticket but didnt have enough so I bought one from a closer stop. On friday i recieved a letter from the debt recovery and prosecutions unit asking for all my details. It says that the maximum fine is £1000, how could I possibly afford that much though? I'm a jobless student. Could anyone offer any advice? Has anyone been in this situation before?
