  1. Yeah it's way up this is going back to October when it was sent of from me, didn't want to sign the letter I sent though, to which they sent out a signing letter, which of course reset the 40 days... Thanks for that I'll have a look. All the best, John.
  2. Hi, Nope, the only thing close to transaction history would be a DD list. All the best John
  3. Hi all, I've recently sent a SAR to Natwest requesting quite literally all data held on myself which was individually specified in a letter all the items i require, however I have not received any statements whatsoever, kinda just wondering where I would go from here? All the best, John.
  4. Hi, It was paid via postal order exactly £10 inc. charge, I have the both the Postage & Order receipts. Thanks John
  5. Hi, The payment went through on the 01/10/12, which was why I assumed it would be from that date? All the best, John.
  6. Hi, I'm not sure if this is in the correct place? Anyway I recently sent a SAR on the 27/09/12 via signed recorded, which they apparently didn't receive it till the 01/10/12. More recently they have sent me one of their standard signature request letters dated the 12/10/12 , which I assume is a stalling technique, as the letter I originally sent was signed, dis-regarding this I decided to go with the flow and send them back the signed request to get things moving ASAP, they have then written back dated the 16/10/12, that they have received the signing mandate and will be processing it within 40 days from the 16/10/12, as they hadn't received all the documentation that they required at the original date. Could someone please help, I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with a bank, especially one that I've had no prior problems with. All the best John
