  1. Hello I was visited by a bailiff ( marstons) today who requested payment of a pcn I had acquired some time ago, the amount I asked to pay was £303, I recall contact from a debt company regarding this some time ago, but because of a poor filing system AND trying constantly find work ( I'm self employed), I had forgotten to deal with it. I asked if I could sort out an arrangement, which was met with an, "absolutely not, it must be paid in full or your car will be seized", upon hearing this I jumped in my car and drove it to my friends house where it was safe. Upon my return, I was informed that I had driven away a seized car and that, not only was I breaking the law, but that the police would now be informed and I could be stopped, by the police and the car would be impounded, I was also told, vosa AND his fellow agents could stop my car and seize it!! My question is, is the above true? He claims my car is now on a "list", which means I could be pulled and will only be removed from said list when full payment is made!! I would like to add, that although I think I owe the parking ticket, but I don't at any time recall receiving final demands from the council or the bailiff!! Thanks for your help.
