  1. Many thanks for your input lee79. Yes that is the address I have for LS, both from their website and the letter they sent me. The issue I have is that the correspondence I have been sending by post to them as been by recorded delivery, but it doesn't seem to be reaching them for some reason. I have sent a cancellation of CPA & a request for a copy of my CCA with them. Both sent on different dates and both by recorded delivery. Now if they have received them nobody as signed for them, it is as if they have this uncanny knack of knowing what the envelope contains before opening and possibly refusing to sign for it, therfore I have no proof that they have received the letters. I don't know if you know but when you send anything by recorded delivery you are given a tracking reference number on your receipt, and a couple of days later you can go onto the post office web page to what they call track & trace and enter this unique number and it will tell you exactly where your letter was mailed from, the exact time it was delivered to the recipient, the signature of the person who signed for it and the printed name of the same person. Both my letters to them on the track and trace are still showing awaiting delivery. I was hoping for some feedback or advice from any other caggers who have encountered the same problem or similar, and what they did about it. Basically I need hard evidence that any correspondence between me and LS is being sent and received. I wonder if any other caggers know of a better way than recorded delivery, where it proves beyond doubt that it as been sent and received.
  2. Many thanks for your reply Renegadeimp. I did cancel the CPA directly with the bank by letter, but LS still took payments out. I visited the bank and took this up personally, I'm still awaiting refunds from them for allowing the payments to be transacted after I had requested the CPA to be stopped. The query was have I got the right address for LS, I know you say that LS will totally ignore me, but surely if a letter is sent to them by recorded delivery some one must have to sign for it and this would be proof in itself that they have received communication from the person/persons who had sent it. So in your opinion it is a waste of time and postage to correspond with them, then how do I go about this, how do I communicate with them and request my CCA. My account with them is in dispute (i've notified them of this via email) for the simple reason that they were taking sums of money that was not agreed to and on dates that also was not agreed to. I asked them by email to close my account they replied with the answer that it would be £158 as a early settlement fee to close the account,I was happy with this but, before I had time to reply they took another £220.I was prepared to repay what I borrowed from them, but in my opinion they were just taking the pxxx.
  3. Hi to you all. Newbie here who would like a bit of advice regarding Lending Streams official postal address. The reason I ask is because I sent a cancellation of CPA to them back in February, this was sent by recorded delivery, this was also cancelled with my bank. Since then LS have taken 2 further payments, so I have had to cancel my debit card to stop further payments.I then sent LS a request for the CCA along with the £1 postal order, again sent by recorded delivery. Today I received a letter from then stating that the account is in default. I have just been online on the Post office tracking page and entered the tracking numbers for both letters sent to LS, and it is stating that "your mail is awaiting delivery".It says this for both letters. Surely a Letter posted in Feb should have been delivered long before now, as well as the other one posted at the beginning of May. The address on the letter that I have received from LS today is the same address that I have sent both letters to. The address being Lending Stream Wisteria Camrose House 2A Camrose Avenue Edgware Middlesex HA8 6EG. Have I got the right address for this type of correspondence?.Hope someone can help.
