Many thanks HB, When I sent my esa50 I did explain my illness and side effects I had no f2f with ATOS doctor at ATOS use old med 3 this was sent in 1995 I have explain the lot and also reading of DM notes dwp have not received copy of esa50 from ATOS I have sent copy of letter from my heart specialist to G.P which clearly said I can not walk more the 10 it is stress full also I am in CB WRAG went for interview at job centre plus given me appot. after eighteen months but my benefit will stop after 12 months do not know why I have to see job center plus if no benefit is being paid

Unstable angina, heart failure on last stage, no vision in right eye, low vision in left eye due to diabetic hamr. Blood pressure not under control ( I take all known drug to control 13 tab. a day just for blood pressure) diabetic 3 different injection 3 times a day total 9 injection a day six different eye drops (every one hour different drops) high cholesterol you can imagine side effects with all this cocktail of drugs aha and now have kidney issue is well waiting for hospital appo. I am trying to work out what to put in my statement Any help will be good thanks

Yes you are right but once it has agreed by law can this changed ? i just read some where that once it is in writing it can not be changed however for new claiment it is new rule and new law dose apply. I personaly think this is wrong

Please do ring DWP asking for gl24 as this gose in your record as you are appealing. You can download gl24 and carry on filling as normal but you call and ask for gl24 this is in your record just in case if gl24 get lost in post or delay.

Being disabled, can not go out I do stay indoor and it is freezing cold now my weather station shows 1c that means no extra payment

I just check website and can NOT believe what I saw what a joke my area is not listed as cold weather( post code SM1) payment. I see nothing expect snow for past three days My weather station say -2 for past four days. Is this some kind of madness or what?
