    Thank you for replying. I have a copy of the postal application they sent back with their letter when they declined my claim. It looks like there has been pre ticked boxes but also a cross in a small box by hand. It does have my signature above it though.

    Please can someone help me I am trying to make a claim against Capital One. They have come back to me saying that I opted in to taking PPI on a postal application, although I cant remember doing this. Also I have always had full pay in the event of sickness.
