Hi there, I would like some advice on major issues with my letting agent. She is a sole trader and I have inadvertently overpaid her a full months' rent after I have moved out. However, she refuses to return my overpaid amount and said that it depends on the damages caused to the property during my tenancy. I reminded her that this should be deducted in mu deposit.
