£840 is very tempting at this time of year its up to you if you want to take it or send the next letter wich you will more than likely get no reply from then you take the claim to court

just want to let you all no i have had a letter from barclays giving me full payment. the letter said that my case wouldnt stand up in court and as it was only for £620 thay would pay ive sent the bit back to sign saying i except i also put in a letter saying i will give them till 18/01/07 to pay or i will see them in court on the 23/01/07 so stick with it everyone if i can do it and win im sure you all can

you can still send the letter but you wont get anything just take them to court its easy to do it must be even i did it

all your letters are the same as i have had back so dont worry as far as i no you will now get a letter from the court with a date and asking you for proof of your claim ie statemants ect a date will then be set for you to go court -
if anyone would be as kind to give me a bit of help ive got a date for my court case in jan 07 but im to send copys of my schedule statements and other documents the thing is i no longer have the statements is this a problem if i dont send them? many thanks for anyones help

had a letter back from the court i filled in a form that came with it and sent it back with copys of letters. does anyone no how long till i hear any more?

the money you claim back could pay for the honeymoon look at it that way then you wont feel down bout it

i have just got a letter back from the court saying that barclays now have 28 days to file a defence. it has a copy with it on it it says thay intend to defend all of the claim. anyone no whot happens now?

after the 14 days wer up today barclays have sent a letter offering £250.00. also a name of the customer relations manager "if im not happy with the offer please call" im going to call and say im very very very very sorry but see you in court. can anyone tell me tho iv had 6 more charges since the first letter can i claim for them as well all at this time or do i have to start again for the other amount?

i sent 1 asking for statemants 2 asking for money back 3 saying thay have the 14 days to pay it back or i go to court i didnt send it by recorded post(very silly)

i have sent the third letter asking for my money i followed the guide its now been 14 days and no answer not even a offer of part payment. could anyone tell me if this is normal or am just unluky. also wot do i do now.

hi, i had my £10 returned today with 6years worth of statements i was told by barclays that this service was free. -
its for the privelidge of just having the account.

thanks i go and have a look. the £511 is for just having the account at barclays 6 years ago it was £6.50 a month and now its £10 a month.

hi can anyone help me ive sent my first letter to the bank (barclays) to claim all my charges back but now im doing the second letter how do i work out my intrest ? also can i claim £511 ive been charged for having the account over the last six years?.
