  3. hi i got; £589.00 - charges £112.06 - interest £80.00 court fee £781.06 - total what do i do now? i assume i write to the halifax and to the court ash.
  4. got a letter from the halifax today they are offering full payment of charges, interest and court fee thanks for all of the help and advice on here cheers ash.

  6. i am just wondering how other people received their information the info i received came by normal post and has royal mail tape on it stating "found open or damaged and officially secured" now i have found that there are a few sheets missing, i find this very worrying as pages inside clearly show; my full name my previous address's my current address my date of birth my phone number when my account was opened my account no. my roll no. my sort code my local branch my mothers maiden name my employers name and address & phone number all my direct debits all my external payments my banking history for the last 6 years am i right in thinking that this is a bit worrying ash.

  8. i have received my reply today here is the letter word for word so what now? is she correct can i pursue them for the information is it worth it or do i just get going with the info they have sent (about a ream of printed A4!) regards ash.
  9. hello i sent my dpa letter by recrded deliery on the 8th March 2006 as yet i haven't received anything, not even a letter acknowledging receipt? any ideas what i can do to check that this are progressing? cheers ash.
