can i just say in my opinion on reading bailiff law as yours is a criminal fine you only have to pay the original fine as it says in 1980 magistrates act section 10 and 13 ( i think)will check you only pay that which you are adjudged to pay all other fees are strictly contractual so bailiffs chargibg fees on a criminal conviction as far as im aware is fraud
