  1. It is for several Bills They charged me over 200.00 for one month even though I was only in the house for approx 1 hour an evening and all day sunday. So i disputed this with them. They did nothing about it and have continued to charge me very high rates. they won't let me switch supplier either so I am stuck with them. I have decided to pay around 100.00 a week until this is clear so I can then switch to another supplier at this point I got the letter from the bailiffs telling me they are getting a police warrant to enter my property and cut off the supply, Even though I am paying a considerable amount a week. I have informed them about my IVA and the financial difficulties and I have advised them it is a rented property, but they don't seem to be taking any notice. They have told me they won't stop the bailiffs until I have paid and that If i don't let the bailiffs in they have the right to get the police and a locksmith so they can enter my property. I'm really worried they will do this whilst I am at work, but i don't want to take time off and risk losing my job.
  2. I am not sure if I am doing this correctly. I was told by a friend to visit this site as I am having a few debt problems. I have recently set up an IVA with Payplan and all is going well. However I did have a dispute with my Gas and Electrcitiy board. They were charging me far too much. I am now attempting to pay off the bill and have been trying to pay 100.00 a week. However they have now sent me a bailiffs letter and said they will enter my propety with a warrant from the police to cut off the supply. I have called them about this on several occassions and advised them of my situation but they don't seem to want to help. I am in a rented property and know I wil be evicted if they enter my house. I really don't know what more I can do especially when I am trying to pay this off weekly. Can someone please give me some advice.
