  1. Hey dx, just on this now.. just to clarify... total cash price of PPI= £3027 total cash price of loan=£12,070 so 3027/12070=0.25....x100=25% 25% of 251= £62.90 per month for term of 60 months...=£3774.15 That look correct to you? I've just found another loan from 2003 too for 6K... I have all the paperwork too so I'll wait to see how I get on with this then apply for that too... Cheers. G
  2. Hi. I cant open the excel doc... I'll sort it out and fill it in for the 60 month period. The total amount of cash lent was 10k, PPI lent was £2507.. .amount on cash lent with interest was £12069, PPI after interest was £3027... .total of £15096... .Once I've done this would it be the right time to write to Egg Customer Services detailing my claim? I'll fill in the questionnaire too. I believe I was mis sold it due to the fact I was self employed at the time, do you think this is the best way to proceed? Thanks. G
  3. Hi dx, yes, the agreement does state how much pCM the ppi is, payable over 60 months. I'll read the links too. Thanks. G
  4. Hi. Yes I have the agreement. Not sure about any statements although I do have my current account statements from 2005 onwards, detailing my Direct Debits. Thanks. G
  5. Hi. I took out an egg Loan for 10K in September 2005. I felt I was slightly pressured into taking out ppi for the term of the loan. . it amounted to 3K after the final payment. I was newly self employed at the time. As a music engineer, I regularly experience times of 'unemployment' as work can be erratic at times. (In the Unemployment insurance it states I am not covered "if I'm engaged in an occupation of which unemployment is a regular feature"). I want to attempt to claim but was wondering if anyone here knew if I had a case? Cheers. G
