  1. thanx tony, sure i will update in the progress...
  2. @crem: thanx for clarification, i understand now, in my case, there is nothing apart from notice saying if overstayed they will fine me with an invoice... so this should be even safer right?
  3. thanx for the replies, i will keep ignoring them. @reydetinu: it doesnt have any charge, for car park though? it is free, no fare or a way of payment if u wanted to apart from overstay notice which gets u their invoice not sure where £15 come from? Besides, car park belongs to Morrison, PE just operating it on Morrison's behalf i guess like agent.
  4. I have read a lot about these speculative invoices, and was keep ignoring all these PPC papers, just wanted to confirm something... I parked in a Morrison's car park, which is it states free for two hours but no payment option whatsoever for overstays, just says if you over stay you will be fined kind of statement... I overstayed and surely they started sending me their invoices, which I m ignoring at the moment. This is a Free car park, and no way to pay if you overstayed... My question is, if PE to try the court option in the unlikeliest option, what would be their most likely claim against me, in a free car park with no payment option other than their desired Parking Charge Notice value? Also any court case/reference about free car park with no payment for overstays receiving Parking Charge Notice from these clown PPCs? win/loose/no pursue? Thanx in advance...
  5. I know the fact that I didnt park in the car park, it was road, and PPC's do not have the authority to write fine for ROAD parking, and no such thing as Parking Charge Notice (sure sounds/seem like legal Penalty Charge Notice to unsuspecting people which they are after), so I am not really scared, just wondering what would they claim against me? Also curious to know about this case's outcome since they went a bit too many steps (from many angles, looking too dodgy)
  6. Any update on this issue? Because I received letters from these clowns, at the Luton airport, for a stop n go in a mini roundabout near the car park entrance (i didnt wanna pay for just putting a luggage in trunk and close it, which was about 20-30sec stop but they (car park operator APCOA or something like that) write a ParkingChargeNotice speculative invoice for this, saying i parked illegally) they sent 1 invoice, now roxburghe debt collectors... I would like to know what followed after court AQ and further proceedings? thanx guys...
