Please can you cancel my membership, My job is no longer available after my maternity leave so I have basically lost my job, I can no longer afford to pay my membership with only being on benefits and a 7 month old baby to take care of. I have cancelled my direct debit so please don’t take any more payments from my account as I get charged for going over drawn as I don’t have an overdraft, which is something I can’t afford to have either. Thats the letter

It was the end of january when i joined and its a minimum 12 months and the gym itself contacted me after i cancelled the direct debit and wrote them a letter

Can someone help me please ive recently been to court resulting in me having a 12 month suspended sentance and have lost my job. I have a member ship with total fitness and had to cancel it due to having no money to pay for it i wrote to them explaining this also telling them i have a small baby to provide for and i wouldnt be able to do this if i carried on paying for the membership and that i had canceled my direct debit. Ive just received a letter back basically saying a change in circumstances isnt their problem and would have to carry on paying. So my question is if i was to just ignore it would it result in my suspended sentance therfore sending me to prison?
