update had letter from court today saying that the AtoE has been cancelled due to me being selfemployed,not heard from welcome yet in responce to my sar request

Cheers once again Andy,im going to fill in the I+E even thou he said I didn't have to just to be on the safe side going of what you posted,he also said I can include a letter as to why I didn't respond which was because their solicitor never acted on the CPR request,might help my case and lose some costs

Spoke to court today have they a clue what they are doing?was told to fill n56 in about being self employed and not to bother with I and e bit as it dosnt count in my case.

Cheers Andy will get that sorted tomorrow and iv got SAR ready to post,so what happens next?do I get I touch with welcome and sort out a payment plan or do I wait to hear back from the court. Cheers stoddy

Thanks Andy I am self-employed as a limited company only been trading 4 months and paying myself minimum wage,so do I just fill the forms in stating that and outgoings cheers stoddy

who do i send SAR to? and is it not to late now iv recieved the attachment to earnings form as iv only got 8 days to send it back compleated? cheers stoddy

Hi Andy it says as you have not replied you are ordered to pay £5,042,83+£165 costs name and address for payment heggerty llp also received letter from ind saying heggery nolonger their solicitor and they are now dealing with it themselves, judgement is dated 26th letter from ind dated 28th both recieved on monday 2nd,today i have received a letter from nottingham court with an attachments to earnings form as iv not paid.

update sent cpr31.14 and have not had responce, got home today to receive a letter from court(northhamton) saying case delt with on 26th june from lack of my responce (my fault been working away and didnt realise my 28 days was up). also recieved a letter from ind saying heggerty were no longer their solicitor and they shall be acting in person but thats has nottingham court on it. stuck as to what do next or do i just have to set up a payment plan and put it down to experiance?

Hi andy i have today sent my part admittance via mcol,so do i now write to ind solicitor and ask for a cpr31.14 as iv never had any corrispondance from ind until the court papers arrived.sorry to be a pain iv read loads about ind on other threads just dont want to make the wrong move cheers stoddy
