Just to inform you that they got back to me my overpayment was 3,000 not as bad as I thought and they are reducing £29 from my weekly benefit. I'm so happy and it's all sorted.

Hey Kizzy I'm hoping it's just year they have asked to. As my adviser said they only asking for that year. But back your head u do think what if they go back. I don't think Anyone go prison trust me guys all they want is there money back.

Hey shadow. It was not bad as I thought the lady at cab was helpful did not judge me but understood me. She rang them up for me while I was in the room. She said to me that in my letter it just ask for that year so that's all she tell them unless they ask more. I told her truth about everything and saud if they ask just tell them everything. The guy that was reviewing my case was nice to. He asked only for one year and we told him I never used the childcare provider but my friend. Who I have no proof I gave money to. He said that's fine they will amend my payment and in few weeks send me new tax credits for this year. She asked them if I would have to pay penalyty he said i might not not sure about that yet. But they are going take money back from me for overpayment. I can't seem worry still this can't just end here why are they not looking back dates and cab adviser said I should be happy that's all they have asked for. So let's see what happens next two weeks

I'm at cab now. I must admit they are fantastic I rang in morning as you need make an appointment before you go. A lovely man tock my details and told me come in 11.30. Adviser spoken to me she as lovely and did not make me feel bad but symphysis with me. She has gone out find out more from me how to approach them and what to say. She said she would even make that call to tax credit for me. So I shall update you when iv left cab

What was the over payment for and was it just for that year , did you give full disclosure for them to check back ? Dont worry they can't make you pay what you don't have. They will ask you how much you can pay. As long as they get something they be ok about it.

Thank you Annet I'm going own up to it all going see cab officer and get advice. So scared make phone to tax credits might ask adviser to do it for me. I feel better as truth be out and I can get out the mess. As I tried before but could not do it. I shall keep you all posted what happens Tommrow. I'm worried now how I'm going cope pay my bills feed my kids with little money I might get. I truly am Remorseful and have learnt my lesson.

Thank you gildo. I hope you get things back on track and your feeling better. It's just a hole that kids bigger and I can't see no light. I feel like bad mum can't give them what they need. They go with out shoes cloths sometimes as I just don't have money.

I'm going talk to cab tommrow morning. But what I'm really scared now is shall I just tell them of the year they asked me about Or admit never using childcare. I was paying friend mine look after them who is not a registered childminder and who no longer lives in the country.

You see they asking for one year shall I just tell them iv not used childcare at all that year. Or shall I admit going back to when I started never used it. I no it's mo excuse I was so disparate to feed my kids.
