  1. Our 2 year old Peugeot 308HDi had a collapsed clutch release bearing, the car had only done 24,000 miles and the other clutch components were in excellent condition, likely to go on for 000's more miles. Despite the clutch assembly not being covered by warranty Peugeot replaced the parts FOC but that still left us with a labour bill for £440. Peugeot say their offer was a gestute of goodwill as the particular situation was 'slightly unfortunate'. Anyone know if I can legally take this further against Peugeot or their bearing supplier( if they will tell me who it is)
