Hi, Not sure if you may be of help. Or, even if theres anything that can be done at all.. but its worth a try. My mum has Mental health issues and a few years ago had a nervous breakdown, during which she obtained large amounts of credit and essentially threw her money away on rubbish due to her having no grasp on reality at the time. Now its quite a LARGE amount of debt, and its unlikely to ever be fully paid off as she is unable to work due to illness-(she was getting a lot of hassling call but thats seems to have calmed down due to a repayment scheme in place with the citizens advice in our town.) I was just wondering if there is potentially any way of reducing the debt due to her state of mind while obtaining it. Thanks
