Thankyou. No both loans where seperate so Both had there own PPI and account numbers both where also single Premium so ive also payed intrested on them which was at the time 30% intrest. I think its time to have a very good read.

Hi Guys, Ive finally got everything through the post from HFC. Looks like i had PPI on both loans from them... but i signed for it!!! I didnt know i was signing for PPI. What really does take the pee is that the last loan did default due to me loosing my job!! and at no point was the insurance offered to me!!! Nothing at all in the communication logs!! So where do i go from here????

Just a question on the letter asking for proof of ID, They wrote "Details of any account which has been closed over six years may no longer be held on our systems" Is this True???

Hi, Just abit of an update!! Ive come to a dead end and not sure where to go with it! I sent the SAR to the bank and had a reply asking if i could send them proof of who i was! So i sent them a copy of my driving licence and ive never heard anything back of them. The 40 days has been and gone!! Everything has been sent recorded. Where do we go know? With thanks Jack

Hello, Everyone is claiming there PPI back off loans they had over the years. So i started to look for all my paperwork from 2 loans that i had a number of years ago 2003 time and 2005... I cant find any paperwork so i dont have Account numbers or anything for these to loans.. Im i stuck? or can i ask for this information under the DPA? Giving my old Address and name they should be able to find the account shouldnt they? Where do i send the letter to... Household HQ branch or the branch i think sold me the loans?
