Indeed esme, my ONLY purpose on this forum is to help this poor couple get this issue resolved. MY son was born with distal phalanx duplication (basically had 2 thumb tips) and the stress was immense without people irritating me. I am so so sorry for wht the OP and their OH is going through. As mentioned if someone pm's me (preferably on MSE) with the ticket number or a reference number or anything i will do my utter best ot get this issue resolved now rather than the poor couple having to put up with roxburghe caling them and upsetting them more.

Hi, I have joined this site just to reply to this thread. I operate a PPC and post regularly on MSE. Please can i firstly say sorry for your loss and the distress being caused by someone in the same business as myself. The way they are conducting themselves in this case is extremely bad taste. Whilst i have no direct control over anothers accounts with Roxburghe i do have regular dealings with them if you would furnish one of the more trusted members on here like give_Them_fa just your ticket number will be fine i have no interest in prying or anything else on this site i just cannot believe how "i cant think of a word here im actually getting angry" they are being with this. I will contact them at roxburghe and hopefully i will be able to have some persuasion on this case and get it closed for you. Failing that or if you do not wish to give me them details rest assured NOTHING will come of this in any way shape or form. They will cll you nd also send you letters but after a few months (not ideal i know) they will give up. Please let your partner see this and do not under any circumstances pay this amount to roxburghe or Vinci
