No, dad hasn't seen the will. she says her son has it and he will be executer. I have sent off for a copy of her late husbands will to see if there ever was a trust set up.

Dad remarried 33 years ago, sold his house and moved in with new wife. He paid for home improvements etc, and has contributed to the household aver since. She has a son by first husband. She has had house in her name only, but moved twice since dad and her got married. Now she has said she has made a will leaving whole of house to her son, but dad can stay in it until his death ( She says house was in trust hor her two children, one has since died and she re did will , but I think all was left to her and this is not true) . I was under the impression that he is entitled to half, and that she can leave her half to her son, but not the whole house. He is very worried. He has not made a will . How can he ensure he gets what he is entitled to , he does not want to confront her or her son as she is not well.
