  1. Hi everyone, i'm new here and I actually have never heard of this site?! Anyway i'm kind of looking for a bit opf help, my mum took out insurance for all of our dogs when they were born in 2007. We have 9 - 2 are mum and dad and 7 pups. Now the dad (Harvey) had to have an emergency operation 17.02.12 to have bladder stones removed. My mum has received an email from them today stating that as from 18.02.12 he will not be covered for the 'Urinary Sytem'. Can they really exclude him for this one incident? And be so vague as to what has actually been exlcuded?!' He's insured for up to £1000 and the whole thing cost £903.24. This was the first time we'd claimed for Harvey for anything to do with his urinary system too. It baffles me how they can then exclude him the DAY AFTER his operation?! They have done this (amazingly enough to Harvery's claim) previously for a problem he has with his pelvis, and another one for his knees. It's starting to make me believe that by the time he is 10 he will only be covered for his ears or nose. And my mum will be forking out scrimping and scraping for his insurance costs for those 2 things. And believe it or not, he's a Cavalier King Charles and they're notorious for having problems with their ears.... but they haven't excluded those just yet! I just don't understand how they could exclude something that has been a one time occurance and the day after the claim date. I knwo E and L are a complte nightmare, i think this is it for us now and we're going to find someone better, but is there anything anyone knows of to help us fight this stupid battle between this horrible company? Thanks Marisha
