Help!! just received a fine for parking adjacent to a dropped kerb (contravention code 27). The dropped kerb had access to a 6ft fence!!!! In fact the dropped kerb was quite random on a long stretch of road with no real reason for being there!!! If it was for pedestrian access I have read on a similar thread that a dropped kerb for pedestrian access is only offical if there is a matching dropped kerb on the opposite side of the road? Any advice for a worthy appeal???? Cheers:mad2: So annoying!!!!
