    I have probably more & longer arrears with them & have a reposession order - but will pay the arrears of real soon - but your dealings with them sounds similar to mine & I was coming to the same conclusion as you about them.

    I have a repossesion hearing on 4/4/2012 based on arrears on my mortage. I intend to pay these off in full tomorrow & want to clarify of then the hearing will be cancelled & if I will be notified of this by the court. Thanks
