Hi, this has probably been asked a hundred time before but i just need clarification. I know that i defualt drops of your credit file after 6years but is that 6 years from the defualt date or 6 years from last payment. For instance i have a thing on my credit file that stopped getting payments in early 2006 but it says date of default 2007. So when should this drop of my file. Thanks Chris

Hi citizenB, thanks for the reply. I emailed there Complaints Department and they just emailed me back with the usual rubbish, so i emailed them back and never got a reply back. so yesterday, a week after i sent the other email, i sent them another one and stated my case again and then today i got a reply back saying they didnt recive my email then the rest of the email was the same as there first email. Bit muddled up ha.

Hi, *in early 2010 i purchased as Baird 42inch tv. I was told it was wise to take out the 2 covers until i got Home insurace then i just had to pop back into the store with my Home Insurance policy then it would be taken off my account, simple as that. Now thats what i did and kept getting told that it wasnt possible, now i wasnt in arrears and this was a couple of weeks after i took out the contract. I did make myself clear what i wanted and what i was told but the woman just kept saying no. A acouple of weeks ago i went onto their website to show my friend my tv on there website and i had a look at their price without all their OPTIONAL crap and the total price was £668 but with the obvious finance fee the price was £962, fair enough. Now i know *that i bought a tv and i do have to pay for it but since i was told that i could have these removed by doing what i did why should i have to pay another £936. * Can someone please tell me what i should do,*
