Please can someone help me? I cant remember the last time i had a full nights sleep. i constantly feel nervous and have had daily panic attacks for the last few weeks. I have a 60day overdue loan with them and have received a final doorstep collection notice as well as the woman on the phone threatening legal action. Im terrified. I have moved out and they wont change my address unless i do it online and pay a fee. So all this is happening at my parents home. Im terrified of going to court. Please can someone help they wont accept any offer i make. Kind Regards, Sarah

My initial loan was 100 and is now 60days overdue with a balance of 982. Please help, my issues are; 1) the woman i spoke to refuses to change my address and stated i have to do it online for which there is a charge. 2) received final doorstep collection notice at my parents house (address where loan waz registered) 3) wont accept payment plan 4) im terrified of going to court and i am having panic attacks daily as a result. Please can anyone help me on what i need to say/write. Im desperate and feel so alone. I want to pay them but can not afford them not to freeze interest. Kind Regards, Sarah.
