  1. Hi all, I've received in the post today a 'Warrant of Execution' from Chichester County Courts for the amount of £491 to be paid by the 25th March. I just cant pay this, I'm having really bad financial difficulties at the moment. Is this the kind of thing where setting up a payment plan is possible? Can the bailiffs just enter my home? I'm a bit worried, is this the same as a CCJ? Thanks,
  2. I do have screenshots that I'll link too when I'm able.
  3. Yodel are the biggest load of [problem] artists. On 25/01/2012 I ordered an electrical item from thehut.com, I paid for next day delivery, I recieved an email from the hut later that day to state that it had been despached. I recieved an email from Yodel with my tracking number etc later that day. On the 26/01/2012 I left for work knowing that my partner was in all day so she could catch the delivery. By 2'oclock still no delivery so I got curious and phoned Yodel. I was informed that my parcel was at their Horndean Service Centre (Only a 30 min drive from my house I might add) However if wasn't coloured for delivery on the 26/01/2012. I stated that I had paid for it to be delivered that day but I was told that it wouldn't be delivered until the 27/01/2012. I was ok with that and didn't think much else of it until later that afternoon when I thought I'd recheck the tracking system on the Yodel website. At 14:53 on the 26/01/2012 my parcel was handed to a delivery courier at Horndean Services Centre. At 14:53 it was in transit. At 14:53 it was Delivered and signed for with my surname. That's impressive! Upon contacting Yodel they are adamant that it was delivered and signed for. I've been in contact with thehut.com and they are launching an investigation and have requested pictures of my passport signature to cross-reference them against the signature that they have on file for the delivery. Is there anything I can do? It's virtually impossible to contact Yodel by phone as they never answer and they barely respond to any emails unless it's with an automated reply. Thanks, Fuseo
