she has just checked that and it appears that it was set up by 21st, money issued by first national but on latest statment shows now ge money

she presumed it was still 21st Direct as no one has informed her of any change and bank details still same so we are mystified !!! thanks for fast reply

Can anyone help my Daughter trying to reclaim ppi from them contacted Financial Services they say they are no longer in business but she is still paying her loan off and no one has advised of a change of company etc.

What next. ? i wrote asking Justitia for copy of credit agreement they refered me to Natwest who did not reply to first letter and £1.00 fee for copy of credit agreement etc. so i sent recorded delivery follow up letter and its now 15 working days and they have not replied again. What is my next step any help please.

well i sent Intrum my £1.00 and request for cca and they have replied within days returning my £1.00 and advising me to contact Nat west direct as Intrum do not hold the details of my account etc and as they "ACT FOR ME and not natwest my request has to go directly to Natwest ??? further on they state they will put my account on hold untill Natwest advise them what to do ?????/ now im realy confused so i have today sent the cca request to Natwest to see what happens.

Can anyone help please. About 5 years ago my financial situation was in dire straights my creditors all agreed a repayment program with me but over a period time the credit card companys transfered or sold my debts on, this has happened many times between some of the debt collectors sellingon again and again. Well last month i had two of the worst offenders ringing to try and increase my payments etc. they are Link Financial and intrum Justicia i asked over the phone if they had my original agreements and both said no and it was to late to ask for copys as it was over 5 years ago and i had been paying by agreement all this time, they both said it was a waste of my time and £1.00 asking as in law i was not entitled. Any help please
