Hi Everyone, I have a Land Rover Defender. Last week I took it in to Mr Clutch in Durham for a new clutch (the old one was slipping), they fitted the new one, I took the car out yesterday and the transfer box is rattling like crazy, the diff isn't locking and the whole car is shaking above a certain speed. I called the garage yesterday who said bring it down and we'll have a look at it. I've looked underneath the car and it looks like it was attacked by a 10 year old with a hammer. The problem is I need to get it sorted, yet I don't want them to even touch my car again? What are my rights? Can I get a refund? Any advice much appreciated. Sam
