  1. Hi Maddocks You will find everything you need in the FAQ's and step by step on the main page of the forum in RED all the letter are there. Make sure you read all of it and as much of the forum as you can so you understand the process before you start. Follow the info on here and advice from everyone on here and you will be fine and get it all BACK!!! Start a thread in your banks forum and keep us all upto date on how you are doing.   3. Hi cliffton Frist thing to do is read read read so you fully understand the process and what the bank wil do to put you off. Read and follow the FAQ's and the step by step and this will be a good start also read your banks forum and then after you are happy with it all start the process and do a thread of your own in the banks forum so we can all see how you are doing.   4. Hi First thing is READ make sure you are 100% sure on what you are doing and that it may end up in court!! Read and follow the FAQ's and step by step and this has the links to all the letters you will need. take time to read the forum for your bank and you will see how the bank has acted with this and what they will do to put you off and then start your own thread so we can all see how you are doing and help f needed.   5. Hi Flexyg Yes this is normal and there is a letter in the templates library to reject the offer and then carry on with the process. Start a thread in the Barclays forum and let everyone know how you are doing and also have a read and you will see how all the other users with Barclays have got on. Good luck;)
  6. Hi Clare First of all your not alone ok!!!! you are now on one of the best things on the net and you have over 74,000 members with you in this. Very first thing to do is go to the main page of the forum and red the FAQ's which is in red and read all the info in there and also the step by step which will show you what you need to do and what letters to send. If you have not got the last six years statments then you need to fire off the DPA SAR and send this with the £10 MAX fee to them. Then read read read so you undestand this process and you will see you are not alone with this and we will help you all the way. Hi David Yes you can still claim the charges are unlawful and claim then back!!!! we have another member claiming for the loan he had to take out as well due to the charges and will be worth reading the forums to find out more.   20. The S.69 Interest (8%) can only be claimed at the court stage and you can claim Interest charge due to the charges and the spread sheet can work this out for you but most dont worry about it as it can be hard to work out and only a small amount.

  22. Hi All the Info you need is on the FAQ's and the step by step in RED on the main page of the forum and the letter to reject the offer is in the templates library just below the FAQ's. Sorry I was not that clear but I thought you would have read this Info fully before each step. You could try asking for the full amount in the rejection letter and point out that if they pay the full amount it will save any further cost plus the S.69 Interest if you file at court.   23. Hi Stick the info on here and go for the FULL amount dont worry about court it wont go that far and if the 14 days is up on the LBA then file and that should speed them uo for the 100% offer. Its up to you:) Read the forums and you will see what others have done.
