  4. Ok thank you, I did ring them today and they said to treat it like an English debt, and not priority, just with it being from Norway I don't really know if it was different.

  6. Yes uk, and adding £3.67 interest a day, the letter says.
  7. Hello I returned them as they were not in English , the letter today said £4000 was interest.

  9. Hello I'm am new and need some advice please. We returned to uk from Norway in 2008' we had an overdraft of £8500' my husbands final wage should have covered this but the company never paid him. We have now had letter from uk collection company demanding £17500! We did have letters from Norway court in oct last year which was not in English , so we ignored them. We can not afford to pay such a huge amount of money, what is the best way forward with this debt? Please help.
