Hi just thought i'd update you all on this, This morning I received an apologly letter and a cheque for £20 from IQOR, They said that an error occured due to a particular large file containing text messages that was issued for transmission to Iqors telephony supplier, such files are normally controlled and transmitted strictly within business hours, however on this occasion due to preparation for Christmas suppression of letters and text messages the file was larger than usual and as a result the text messages were being delivered in the early hours of the morning, please accept our sincere apology for this oversight. Please accept as a token payment the enclosed cheque for £20.00 towards postal costs of having to raise this matter as a formal complaint. We trust this matter is now closed. I still don't know what it was they wanted in the first place lol, Will this be it from them or are they likely to keep contacting me? thanks.

Hi i am new to this and need help with a company called Iqor they have been texting my mobile constantly telling me to urgently contact them, I even got a text message a 2.30 am in the morning just before christmas aswell from them, I don't know what it is about they say it is urgent i'm not sure what to do, I am not happy with them contacting me at that time of the morning, I have had no letters this maybe because i have recently moved so i have no idea what this is about, Any ideas what i should do now, Thanks
