Just filling in the allocation questionnaire and need a bit of help. Should I have any witnesses, experts or set out any extra information?

Barclays have filed a defence against me. Claiming for £435 plus interest. Sent them a letter saying I'm willing to see it through and that its costing them time and money, so they should just payout. Bit worried now, been reading the forum so was expecting a defence to be filed but not sure what happens next. Any advice/guidance?
