  1. Not yet, I received the Northampton bulk 'Judgement' (dated 07 12 2011) on the 10th. Sent my re-determination stuff back to Northampton on 15th by special d ..so they should have recieved it Friday last (16th) Incidentally would it be prudent to send Restons copies of the re-determination stuff I sent back to Northampton Court.. I presume Northampton will send Reston copies anyway but perhaps I should so's they can't say I did not communicate etc etc best Vinro
  2. New member here MBNA_Restons, me and CCJ. Briefly. November 2011. offered £36 pcm which is a realistic pro-rata amount fitting with offers to 5 other creditors (all currently accepted) Made a goodwill payment to Restons of the £36 in November anyway... Offer refused (allegedly by client - MBNA) and thus Northampton bulk CCJ issued - set at £250 pcm..first payment due 7 Jan 2012. I have immediately requested re-determination hearing at local court and am now awaiting letters etc. My question is this. Should I pay the first CCJ request of £250 for Jan 27 2012 (I'd have to borrow this somehow anyway) or, as I am in process of having a re-setermination hearing, is this not yet necessary to pay ? Obviously I do not want to be in breach of the CCJ.. (then again I will find it hard to get this sum.) I have had conflicting advice on this and really need to find out the true and best legal practice... So if anyone has been there and done this I'd be very interested to hear what to do best Vinro
