  1. Hi all, A relative is being coerced into dealing with this company Money n More who claim to be different to a debt management agency because they have more "legal clout". Apparently "unlawful debt" can be completely vanished away by these people, and them doing that is completely different to writing debt off which other companies do. Without going into all the gory details, I'm in the process of trying to settle a "no win/no fee" personal injury claim (instigated by my insurance company) I've been farmed out to a solicitors who are frankly vile and do business in a way that puts me in mind of a mafia. They've lied to me about certain facts on numerous occasions and are now aggressively perusing my authorization to proceed with the claim.   3. First of all, sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. My problem is with a company my insurance sent me to after being in a car accident in early 2010. I followed their advice and a man came out to my home and took down my version of what happened. I signed the agreements and he went away to type up my statement. A few weeks or more later I was sent a written copy of the statement I'd made. I was asked to read it through, correct and initial any mistakes. Sign and return it. There were a MASSIVE amount of mistakes in the statement, such as place names (despite having spelled them
