In July I applied for a replacement car licence - completed everything correctly but even though it is almost DECEMBER I still have not received my licence. Been ringing on a regular basis to find out where it is but just get told 'its progressing' or variations on that theme. They did say at one point that they had needed to re-do something or other which may mean they lost it the first time they produced it - I just don't know. The irony is I paid extra for an 'Express Service'!!!! Is this 'normal'? Dave
