Thanks for this very informative I have spoken to the bailiff and he laughed when I mentioned that he had left the notice at the wrong address in the wrong road.he mentioned that the householder had called him. He has since found our address and has hand delivered two notices both in open envelopes. I wil be sending them a registered letter today . Thanks Pete

A bailiff has hand dilivered an open envelope to the wrong address The letter has both mine and my wifes names and address and mentioned what the debt was for (council tax) have this contravened my data protection rights and what can I do about it.
