  2. Thanks so much, I had already asked the bank via their secure email service to cancel it so I guess Ihave the evidence if they dont comply.
  3. Thank you very much for the reply, nationwide said that I need to contact the PDL and if they wont cancel it go through Nationwides disputes process, what a joke! I will quote the r..55 Payment Services Regs 2009 at them and see if I have any luck...
  4. I have just applied for a Debt Mgmt plan through CCS, my payday loans are due out tomo from my account, I cancelled my bank card yesterday. My question is…does anyone know if these 2 companies use recurring payments? I have tried to ask my bank (nationwide) not to honour the payments, stating I no longer authorise them due to a DMP but nationwide are telling me conflicting stories. One advisor said they cant take payment as my card has been “lost” so no longer valid, and another said yes they can I need to take get the company to cancel the payment but obv they won’t until my DMP is agreed. HELP?? Can anyone pls shed some light, Im so worried L
  5. Hi there, has anyone had any dealings with Everyday Loans? I am about to start my own DMP and wondering what they are like with accepting payment plans. Ive looked online but cant dfind many dealings with them. When I signed up for the 3k loan they asked for 3 contact numbers one being a friend, so am a little concerned she will be harrassed, I plan to only deal with them (and my other creditors) via recorded letter. Thanks in anticipation Lisa
  6. thanks v much Silverfox I couldn't see an option to post in the forum I wanted to, the link is great and very helpful. The agreement they sent was a copy of a blank form with not even a typed home address on it, they sent an accompany letter stating the date the account had been opened. So is it worth me pursueing a copy of the original agreement? I have added up the charges now from the SAT to around £500 can I add interest to this? I seem to remember a post saying 8% could be added? Thanks for your help and so quickly too
  7. Hi, My VERY account has been passed to Lowell debt collectors and I have agreed a manageable payment plan with them. However due to VERY refusing to offer a payment plan I could adhere to the account got severely in arrears and £12 charges were being whacked on left right and centre so I want to reclaim these charges. 1. Very have responded to my CCA with a copy of the agreement, its blank and not signed by me, does this mean the a/c is uneforceable?? 2. They have sent me documentation in response to my SAR request there is also no signed agreement in there, my understanding was they had to produce that? what is my next step? Can I reclaim every £12 if I go through the docs they sent ? Is the account even enforceable? Im happy to repay my debt and just reclaim all the outrageous fees but I am a little confused. I would really appreciate advice and guidance on how to ask for the fees back once I reach a figure. Many thanks from a very very stressed and depressed single working mum!
  8. I am in the same situation and have also received the same as above but no address filled in, is simply a blank form. Do I go back and ask for a signed agreement? What is my next step please? Many thanks
