i wasnt drinking. dont worry! well its not actually the pubs car park, to be honest i thought it was a council car park, got 7-8 shops surrounding it, however i think its null and void as it states that i was in a yellow box which i wasnt, i could understand it saying that ive gone over the time limit, but there was a option to tick of that, and they hadnt!

Hi guys, i recently received a Parking ticket from UKCPS, and after reading these forums as well as loads of others ive decided to just ignore it and not respond to them - as its a "con" however i though id post anyway just to check that im in the right, and that im not suddenly going to have a huge bill to pay because ive misunderstood something my local pub has a car park outside, ive been parking in this car park all my life in the center of Ossett where i live, however recently there's a sign that's gone up saying that the car park is monitored by UKCPS and you are allowed to park there for 1hour at a time, i arrived at 8pm to the pub (therefore assuming that no parking restrictions would be occuring) anyways i left the pub at 10pm and got home, (obviously not noticing the parking fine on my screen) i woke up the next morning and noticed it, £60 if i pay within so many days before it goes up to £100 bla bla. the thing that gets me is that this UKCPS parking fine states that i was parked in a yellow box... however the entire car park doesnt have one yellow box in it! at all! i know this because ive been back and checked! at this moment im still in the stage where i can just pay the £60 and not the £100, but i think im going to ignore it. Tips/Thoughs/Advice?
