My wife was issued with a PCN from PE for overstaying at the Ludlow Store in Shropshire. Thanks to the advice given on this site we have received a letter today saying the 'fine' has been cancelled!!! My advice for what its worth....do reply to the orginal notice but dispute it for whatever reason is appropriate. We had just receieved the second notice 2 days ago and I was posting a reply then we got the letter today saying they had stopped all actions! Andrew.
