Hi there, Quick question. I have a couple of defaults on my credit file with equifax and they are showing up with default dates april 2007 and May 2007. Am I right in thinking that these should be removed from my file in say june 2013 after 6 years has passed? I have several others on my account which are now settled as I have made real efforts to clean up my debts afer being foolish and living beyond my means. I don't recall making any payments on these two debts for years, they are only for small amounts and I refuse to pay them because the debt is mainly unfair charges they levied on me rather than actual balance owed. I think one of them is showing a ccj. Any advice would be graetly welcomed, thanks guys.

Hi there, Could someone please advise if I can reclaim charges from Barclaycard for late payment/ over limit. I have had the card since 2000 and have only managed to get myself straight with them 18 months ago. I have a balance of about £150 but no card to use and they wont issue me with another one. If I can could someone please let me have the link to any letter I should send off. Thanks.

Right ok, I will prepare this at the weekend. I was very foolish finacially when I was younger but I have made huge steps to repairing the damage. I am spurred on by my recent success of a ppi reclaim from the parasites known as Welcome Finance £1k plus! Thanks for the guidance IMS!
