Hello to everyone, Hopefully someone on here will be able to help me with my query. My partner is registered as defaulting on a credit agreement on 19/10/2005. This is the only adverse piece of information on her credit report. She paid the £5.95 for a credit rating/report from Equifax on 20/10/2011 expecting to see the adverse information removed and her credit rating improved. Unfortunately the information is still being shown and her credit rating is still very low at 354. She sent an e-mail to Equifax using their internal reporting system to dispute the information being held/reported. This was 2 days ago and there has still been no response from Equifax. I've included a screen shot of the adverse information held by Equifax so that someone can have a look at it and maybe comment. Just incase I am missing something obvious. Thnx in advance to anyone who reads this post and offers any help.
