  1. Just to let you all know. My radiator was delivered at 5:45pm IT WAS DAMAGED I DID AS THE LAST PERSON SUGGESTED AND HAD CC'D THE MD IN AS WELL. AFTER SEVEN EMAILS THIS AFTERNOON, I WAS PHONED BACK FROM THE DIRECTORS OFFICE. I HAVE NOW GOT TO RESEND AN 8TH EMAIL WITH IMAGES OF THE DAMAGE, SO I GUESS IT'S BACK TO SQUARE ONE. NEVER AGAIN HOMEBASE

  3. Just sent 5 emails to Homebase with an automatic response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours...i think they jest! I have now said that I will progress my concern now into a complaint as I have not only lost a morning pay, but now had to phone to my boss and lose a further afternoon too. A total wasted day ....I'm furious to say the least. Promised a delivery between 7am and 1pm still waiting for delivery as of 14:30 approx I will keep you posted as to how long it takes to a. get a response b. get the delivery Why do we have to put up with back customer care, bad customer service? We are not a nation of complainers, but perhaps we should be, the money we spend now should be valued by all companies, it is, after all, us who keep them afloat. I will not trust Homebase to keep a delivery promise in future, and probably never buy from them again.
