  1. Hi everyone, Okay, my wife has received a CCJ ordering her to pay £4,900 which is for a bank overdraft with our former bank. She is not looking to fight this however I went on a Debt Management Plan 2 1/2 years ago to pay off my own debts and included the bank overdraft - this got changed to an IVA 6 months ago - rather stupidly did not think about the fact its a joint debt (the only one!) and its only in my name. My wife wants to respond to court to say yes, she is happy to pay, however she does not agree to the amount. By the time my IVA is finished, and they take any eqity from our home to cover any shortfalls, it should be paid. We dont (I think) need to complete an N244 - how about an N245 form - want to pay in instalments but do not agree with the full amount? What can we do? Thanks in advance.
